Ebone’ Dansby is the Founder and CEO of Pinnacle Educational Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in education, she has served in a wide range of settings, including urban, suburban, charter, and public school communities. Her passion centers on helping students thrive both academically and socially, empowering them to become active, engaged members of the communities they choose to serve.
Throughout her career, Ebone’ has observed a universal truth across all educational environments: every learner possesses the desire to succeed. She believes it is the shared responsibility of educators and the broader community to nurture this drive and cultivate a love for lifelong learning. By doing so, she works to help lay the foundation for a more compassionate, informed, and conscious future.

EDUCATOR
I believe in the power of learning. Not only am I an educator, I am a life-long learner where I have seen education and the opportunities that come with it, change the trajectory in my life and my loved ones. Knowledge is something that once obtained, can’t be taken away from you.
ADVOCATOR
Over my years in education, I have seen first-hand the treatment of those who know and understand their rights, power and position in the classroom, compared to the marginalized community that many do not. I have seen that providing knowledge and professional guidance that explains the rights within the classroom setting to parents makes a difference in the lives and success rate of learners. Some do not have the vernacular to express their thoughts and concerns, nor the cognisance needed to present educational concerns to the teaching and administrative community. My role is to provide the voice and knowledge in settings such as this in order to propel the learner both academically and socially.
SUPPORTER
For many of us, it is easy to celebrate our successes and to set a goal, however harder to recognize the areas where we need support. In my own life, if not for the support of my family and mentors, my success would not be. It is my honor to highlight and provide support, both educational and community support to the families that I serve.Over the years, I have had the pleasure of partnering with many organizations, and I understand the importance of partnerships within the school community.
